She is single-handedly handling the social media. PickMe’s social media channels are used as customer touch points. Especially post service. Since we are a platform business, we don’t directly control the drivers as well as passengers. This give the challenge of balancing situations. These situations happens on a daily basis.. and she became a pro at handling these from the inception. Her contribution of handling the situations immensely helps PickMe to disrupt the space.
